More about Arman

Hi, my name is Arman and I’m in Year 13. As a student interested in history, politics, and global affairs, MUN appealed to me as it offered a platform through which I could explore these passions in a structured format alongside my peers. After having started an MUN club at my old school, I participated in various MUN activities at Westminster such as the LSAs and Societies for just over 4 years, before joining the Executive Committee. I also have some conference experience having participated in the SPSMUN conference. I look forward to studying a combination of History and Economics at Yale University, hopefully continuing to pursue my passion for MUN through various extracurricular avenues. Outside of the classroom, I have various hobbies ranging from hockey to chess, but the one most relevant to MUN is my research on the persistent effects of Iberian colonialism in Latin America. Feel free to ask me any questions about this!
