Westminster School is a busy and vibrant place to work. There is a real sense of community here as, being a boarding school, many members of staff and pupils live on site and the School’s premises are very much treated as a home away from home. Support staff as much as teaching staff are encouraged to embrace the School’s day-to-day activities, whether that be attending an evening concert or a morning service in the Abbey.
Westminster School Enterprise Limited (WSEL) is the commercial arm of Westminster School, offering venue hire, filming locations and sports pitch hire in central London. The company manages and promotes the School’s facilities for external use, generating revenue to support the school’s educational mission and funding of bursary places.

The successful applicant will be responsible primarily for focusing on the Easter, summer, October half-term and Christmas holiday periods, to identify and pursue new business opportunities. They will develop outreach strategies to attract event planners, agencies and direct clients, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
